Sandra Bullock is People's 2015 World's Most Beautiful Woman
She's now officially the oldest person to score the cover of the annual dedicated issue
Sandra Bullock has been named People's 2015 "World's Most Beautiful Woman", and she's now - at the age of 50 - the oldest person to score the cover of the annual dedicated issue in its 25-year history. Julia Roberts was only 42 when she last took the top spot, for her third time.
Bullock laughed when she heard that she'd received this year's honor. "No, really. I just said, 'That's ridiculous'" - she said - "I've told no one."
Sandra Bullock also commented that she's happy with who she is. "As long as I'm healthy and strong and I don't let this mind of mine run amok with insecurities about what I am not, I can look in the mirror and like who I see."
Last year's cover girl was Lupita Nyong'o, while Gwyneth Paltrow won in 2013.
